Terms and conditions may vary from time to time, make sure you have read and understand our terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchases.​

Checking In.

For short and long stay, you will be guided by our officer in charge on the day you move in. You may ask any questions regarding house rules. Keys will be handed over to you on the same day and few forms to acknowledge upon gaining access to your room.

For tourist, you will guided through email and upon arriving the our premise, follow the instruction on your email to access. You will be able to reach our officer in charge anytime through mobile text messaging.

Payment.

For walk in customer and online who purchase products from our retail store must pay full price before collection. Customers can choose online payment or by cash / cheque at our showroom.

 

Cards and Keys.
Card is not transferable. There will be a replacement fees or RM 30 for cards and keys.

Luggage Storage.
Simply contact us or return it to our showroom. We will follow up for you immediately either getting it fixed or replaced depending on the situation. 

Lost & Found.
Simply contact us or return it to our showroom. We will follow up for you immediately either getting it fixed or replaced depending on the situation.
Airport Pickup / Transfer.

For international or domestic clients you may call or email us to make an early reservation for Pickup or Transfer. However, it is not guaranteed that this service is available upon reservation. So please contact us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Local Tour Arrangement.

We have our panel local tour agents therefore you are most welcome to get in touch with us on email and we will arrange according to your needs.
